What is the price of the tickets combined?
For an adult you will normally pay a price of 59 euro and with the Prague Tourist Card only 45 euro.
What is the Travel Card?
The Travel Card is a combination of a Public Transportation Card (which you can use for 3 days in the tram, metro and bus in Prague) and an Airport Transfer.
How does it work at the Airport when I booked a Travel Card?
Our driver will pick you up at the airport. He/she will hold a sign in the Arrival Hall with your name on it. After your reservation for the Prague Tourist Card you can inform us your flightnumber and arrival time. When there is a delay the driver is aware because he/she tracks your flightnumber. When your flight is cancelled please contact us at info@onlineciypass.com.
The driver will give you the Public Transportation Card in your taxi ride to your accommodation (hotel, Airbnb, Bed and Breakfast, can be any kind of accommodation in Prague).
How does the Public Transport Card work?
You will receive the Public Transport Card from the taxi driver. The card is activated on the moment you use it for the first time in the metro, tram or bus. From that moment the card is valid for 3 consecutive days.
When can I enter the Prague Castle?
You are free to decide when you want to enter. With our tickets you will get a special entrance which means you do not have to wait in line and you can decide when to enter.

How does the Prague Hop on Hop off Bus work?
You have an open ticket so you can start using it when you want. Your ticket gets activated on the moment you start using it by giving the ticket to the staff member of the bus. You can hop on at one of the stops of the Hop on Hop off Bus. Your tickets are valid for 48 hours from the first moment you use it.
How does it work with the Cruise?

What if I want to use the Public Transportation Card for only 1 or 2 days? Or when I want to use it for more days?
The Card is valid for 3 Days. Which means you can also use it for 1 or 2 days and stop using it. When you want to use the Public Transportation Card for more than 3 days you can buy it at the metro stations yourself. After using the card 3 days you are an experienced traveller.

- The discount code can only be used online. The attractions will not accept your discount code at the entrance.
What do I do when I did not received my tickets?
After your purchase you will receive the confirmation email and the tickets shortly after. When you did not received it please check your SPAM. When you can not find any email in your SPAM please email us at info@onlinecitypass.com.
How does it work with the 20% discount?
After your reservation you will get a personal discount code which you can use here. You can enter the discount code in the shopping cart and the discount of 20% gets automatically calculated as reduction in the price.
What is the cancellation policy of the Prague Tourist Card?
